Launch Phases
First Cohort
A small, exclusive group of users will receive access via Apple TestFlight link and invite code.

Second Cohort
Larger group of users with TestFlight and Google Play.

Subsequent Cohorts
Additional waitlist users will gain access via TestFlight/GooglePlay or the App Stores, depending on timing.
